  • Personalized products require additional processing time, usually between 5 and 10 business days, due to custom manufacturing.

  • The delivery period begins once the product has been processed and manufactured. Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer different shipping options (standard, express, in-store pickup, etc.), with costs and delivery times displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and order volume. In some cases, flat rates or free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

  • International shipments may be subject to additional charges, taxes, or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Coverage Areas

  • We ship to the following regions: Unites State and territories.

  • For shipments to areas not listed, please contact our customer service team in advance to confirm shipping availability.

4. Order Tracking
